ISOBiH/NOSBIH has its Managing board consisting of seven members. The members of the Board were nominated by the Entities of Bosnia and Hercegovina (the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska). The members are proposed by the Government of the Federation BiH and the Government of the Republika Srpska and are appointed upon the approval of the Council of Ministers.
The Management consists of three members who are appointed by the Managing Board. The Management consists of a General Director and two management members.
