Pursuant to Article 23, item 3 and Article 32, paragraph 1 of the Law Еstablishing an Independent System Operator for the Transmission System of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 35/04) and Article 13 of the Statute of Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 89/16), 84/18, 34/23 and 38/25), and in accordance with the Decision of the Managing Board on the initiation of the procedure for the appointment of general director of NOSBiH (number: 31/25 as of 15th July 2025) and the Decision on the appointment of the Commission for carrying out the procedure for the selection and appointment of candidates for the general director of NOSBiH (number: 32/25 as of 15th July 2025), a public competition for the selection and appointment of general director of NOSBiH is being announced.

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) adopted the Decision on the Approval and Implementation of the Grid Code on 12th May 2025.
