Decision on Amendments to the Instruction for the Implementation of the Temporary “Virtual Power Plant” Access Model to the Electricity Market of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adopted
Pursuant to Article 1(2) of the Law on Transmission, Regulator and System Operator of the Electricity System of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, Nos. 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11); Article 2(1), Article 7(7) and Article 33(1)(j) of the Law Establishing the Independent System Operator for the Transmission System in Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 35/04); Article 38 of the Electricity Law of the Republic of Srpska (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, No. 68/20); Articles 34 and 35 of the Electricity Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 60/23); Article 19 of the Electricity Law of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 27/21); Articles 8, 12, 13, 17, 19 and 20–26 of the Market Rules; Section 3.7 of the Licence Conditions for the Independent System Operator Activity (No. 05-28-12-17-20/19); and the Third-Party Access Rules to the Transmission System (No. 04-28-359/06 of 7th December 2006), in connection with the decision of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) No. 04-28-7-343-7/21 of 7th March 2022, and in accordance with the Decision on the Temporary Model Enabling Non-Discriminatory and Free Access of Power Plants Connected to the Distribution Network to the Single Electricity Market in Bosnia and Herzegovina (No. 01-478-3/22 of 29th April 2022), the General Manager has adopted the Decision on Amendments to the Instruction for the Implementation of the Temporary “Virtual Power Plant” Access Model to the Electricity Market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
