State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) approved the Rules on Allocation of Cross-border Transmission Capacities on the bidding zone borders of Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH) and EMS AD Beograd (EMS ).
You can download the Rules at Capacities->Documents, and the Rules will start to apply for capacity allocation for the year 2022.
Capacity purchased on annual and monthly auctions is used on the basis of the principle "use it or sell it".

Notice is hereby given that NOSBiH Managing Board will meet at its 17^th special public session on 20^th December 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The session will be hold in NOSBiH premises, Hifzi Bjelevca street no.17, Sarajevo.
Media representatives and any interested citizen may attend the session but have no right to participate in its work.
