The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) has approved the rules for the allocation of cross-border transmission capacities at the border between the bidding zones of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH) and EMS AD Belgrade (EMS).
The rules can be downloaded from the Capacities > Documents page and will apply to capacity allocations for the year 2022.
The use of capacities allocated through the annual and monthly auctions is based on the "Use It or Sell It" (UIOSI) principle.

Notice is hereby given that NOSBiH Managing Board will meet at its 17th special public session on 20th December 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The session will be hold in NOSBiH premises, Hifzi Bjelevca street no.17, Sarajevo.
Media representatives and any interested citizen may attend the session but have no right to participate in its work.
We kindly ask all interested parties to inform us on their attendance until 16th of December 2021 at the latest via email at: info@nosbih.ba.



Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of the Federation BiH Nermin Džindić paid visit to Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH).
At NOSBiH business building he visited the new Dispatching Centre from which the electricity transmission system in BiH and energy import and export are being managed.
