Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH) is the contracting authority pursuant to Article IV 1 a) of the Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette of BiH, 39/14 and 59/22) which conducts the public procurement procedure in compliance with the provisions set forth in this law.
NOSBiH acts transparently and treats candidates/bidders equally and without discrimination in public procurement procedures, in a manner that ensures just and active competition with the aim of ensuring the most efficient spending of public funds, taking into account the subject matter of procurement and its purpose.
