DERK approved amendments to the rules on allocation of cross-border transmission capacities on the bidding zone borders serviced by the Coordinated Auction Office in South East Europe (SEE CAO).
The Rules refers to amendments of:

• The Harmonized Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights with Specific annex,
• The Rules for explicit daily transmission capacity allocation

Pursuant to applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in accordance with NOSBiH regulations and decisions, General Director adopted a Decision on amendments of the Instruction for the Implementation of the Temporary Model for "Virtual Power Plants" Access to BiH Electricity Market.

Notice is hereby given that on 8^th December, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. NOSBiH Managing Board will hold its 18th special public session. The session will take place at NOSBiH premises, address: Hifzi Bjelevca street, no. 17, Sarajevo. This session is open to the public and all interested citizens and media representatives may attend the session but have no right to participate in its work. We kindly ask all interested parties to apply electronically to this address: info@nosbih.ba by 6^th December, 2022, at the latest, so that we could arrange the session.

Acting upon the complaint filed by a potential candidate/bidder in the public procedure for procurement of physical examination for employees (services in Annex II, part B of the Law on Public Procurement) the Decision accepting the complaint was issued.
