On 5^th October, 2023, the management of Elektroprivreda BiH had a productive meeting with the NOSBiH. During this gathering, representatives from both companies engaged in discussions surrounding ongoing projects and activities. The focus of their dialogue revolved around enhancing business collaboration and fortifying institutional ties within the electricity sector.

Based on Decision No. 02-1184-1/23 of July 23, 2023, NOSBiH has announced a Public Advertisement for the sale of vehicles through a public sale-auction using the method of collecting closed bids. Meeting of the Technical Commision for the Grid Code will be held on 14^th July 2023 at 2 p.m. in NOSBiH premises. Pursuant to Article 8 of the Rulebook on work, organization and appointment of technical commissions for the Grid Code and the Market Rules of BiH, this meeting of the Technical Commision is open to the public and all market participants. NOSBiH provided the Proposal of Indicative Generation Development Plan for the period from 2024 to 2033. The text of the Proposal can be found on the webpage Documents->Plans in the part Indicative Generation Development Plan

On Monday, 27^th March 2023 General Director of Independent System Operator in BiH Nemanja Pandurević participated in the meeting between Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac, Director of the Energy Community Secretariat Artur Lorkowski, Minister of Energy and Mining of the Republika Srpska Petar Đokić and Minster of Energy, Mining and Industry of the Federation BiH Nermin Džindić.

Energy Summit in Trebinje – SET 2023 was held from 22^nd - 24^th March 2023. 720 representatives of companies and institutions from the Energy sector in the Western Balkans and leading domestic and international energy experts attended the Summit. Among the key focus areas of the three-day Summit were energy efficiency, renewable sources and and transition of the Energy sector to clean energy.

Regional Conference on solar industry "Balkan Solar Summit", organized by agency "Mint" was held on 9^th and 10^th February in Banja Luka. Representatives of Independent System Operator actively participated in the Conference.

DERK approved amendments to the rules on allocation of cross-border transmission capacities on the bidding zone borders serviced by the Coordinated Auction Office in South East Europe (SEE CAO).
The Rules refers to amendments of:

• The Harmonized Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights with Specific annex,
• The Rules for explicit daily transmission capacity allocation
