With the purpose of ensuring the system services from abroad, Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH) signed contracts with Serbian state-owned electricity transmission system operator “Elektromreža Srbije” (EMS) and with Montenegrin electricity transmission system operator (CGES) on mutual delivery of cross-border tertiary control energy. NOSBiH had previously signed a similar contract with SHB Block members i.e. with Croatian transmission system operator (HOPS), hence NOSBiH had completed this type of contracts with neighboring system operators and fulfilled a part of its obligations in compliance to the Memorandum of understanding WB6 Mou.
