SERC approved new Rules on Allocation of Cross-border Transmission Capacities

State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) approved the Rules on Allocation of Cross-border Transmission Capacities:

  • Rules for Annual and Monthly Auctions for Allocation of Transmission Capacities on the bidding zone borders of EMS AD Beograd (EMS) and Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH)
  • Rules for Daily Auctions for Allocation of Transmission Capacities on the bidding zone borders of control areas EMS AD Beograd (EMS) and Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH)
  • Rules for Intraday Allocation of Transmission Capacities on the bidding zone borders of Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH) and EMS AD Beograd (EMS)

You can download the Rules at Capacities->Documents, and the Rules will start to apply for capacity allocation for the year 2022.
Capacity purchased on annual and monthly auctions is used on the basis of the principle “use it or sell it”.
