NOSBiH informs all interested parties on the public consultation for the update of the allocation rules on borders serviced by SEE CAO. The public consultation will run from 15^th July 2022 until 15^th August 2022. Details and the supporting documents can be found on the linku Interested parties are invited to submit their comments to: public.consultation@seecao.com by 15^th August 2022.

Pursuant to applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in accordance with NOSBiH regulations and decisions, General Director adopted a Decision on amendments to the Instruction for the Implementation of the Temporary Model for "Virtual Power Plants" Access to BiH Electricity Market.

On 29^th April 2022 NOSBiH General Director adopted the Decision on the temporary model which enables non-discriminatory and free access to the unique electricity market in BiH for power plants connected to the distribution grid.

State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) approved the Rules on Allocation of Cross-border Transmission Capacities on the bidding zone borders of Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH) and EMS AD Beograd (EMS ).
You can download the Rules at Capacities->Documents, and the Rules will start to apply for capacity allocation for the year 2022.
Capacity purchased on annual and monthly auctions is used on the basis of the principle "use it or sell it".
