SERC adopted a Decision on Approval of the Grid Code
At its session held on 27th February 2019, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission adopted a Decision on Approval of the Grid Code which was adopted at the session of the Managing Board of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina held on 11th January 2019. At its session held on 18th April 2018, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), acting in accordance with its responsibilities set by the law, adopted Decision on the tariff for operation of Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2018.

Final meeting of the Technical Commission for Amendments to the Grid Code
Final meeting of the Technical Commission for Amendments to the Grid Code will take place on 17th April 2018 at 11:00 hrs. The meeting will involve a discussion of the new Draft Grid Code.
The meeting is declared open and public.
Invitation to all interested users of the Transmission System in BiH to submit data necessary for creation of the Indicative Generation Development Plan for the period from 2019 to 2028.
In accordance with the Law Establishing an Independent System Operator for the Transmission System in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette 35/04" – Article 7, paragraph 11 – Responsibilities of NOSBiH) and the Grid Code, we invite all interested users of the transmission system in BiH (producers, distributors and buyers of electricity in the transmissin system of 110, 220 and 400 kV) to submit all data necessary for creation of the Indicative Generation Development Plan for the period from 2019 to 2028.
Signed contracts on mutual delivery of cross-border tertiary control energy with EMS and CGES
With the purpose of ensuring the system services from abroad, Independent System Operator in BiH (NOSBiH) signed contracts with Serbian state-owned electricity transmission system operator "Elektromreža Srbije" (EMS) and with Montenegrin electricity transmission system operator (CGES) on mutual delivery of cross-border tertiary control energy.

Signed Agreement on reconstruction of NOSBiH business building
By signing the Agreement on its business building reconstruction NOSBiH could have started the reconstruction works on that building with the target completion date of one year, and the commencement date of March 2018.
The Agreement in the amount of 1 906 975.00 € was signed by Josip Dolić General Director of NOSBiH and Mustafa Duraković Director of Unigradnja, the company in charge of the reconstruction.
The project was financed by EBRD Loan.
NOSBiH answered questions from chapters 15 and 21 of the European Commission Questionnaire
NOSBiH provided answers to fifty questions from the European Commission Questionnaire which was handed over to the Council of Ministers of BiH with the purpose of the Preparation of Opinion by the EC on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Application for Membership in the European Union. NOSBiH power system experts provided answers to questions from chapters 15 and 21 of the Questionnaire in regard to energy and trans-European networks in transport and energy.
