Pursuant to Articles 23 and 32 of the Law Establishing Independent System Operator for the Transmission System in Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH”, 35/04), and in regards to Article 13 of the Statute of Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (number 24/16 as of 8th July 2016, “Official Gazette BiH”, 89/16), the Managing Board’s Decision on opening the procedure for appointment of NOSBiH General Director (number 44/17 as of 31st October 2017) and the Decision on appointing the commission to apply the procedure for electing NOSBiH General Director (number: 45/17 as of 31st October 2017), Independent System Operator is announcing the public competition for nomination and appointment of NOSBiH General Director.
