Members of the Regulatory Commission for Electricity of the Federation of BiH visited NOSBiH
On 8th July 2025, representatives of Regulatory Commission for Electricity in the Federation of BiH (FERC) – Sanela Pokrajčić, Vesna Marić and Samir Hadžihusejnović were in a working visit to Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH).
On this occasion, a meeting was held with NOSBiH Management members – Nemanja Pandurević, Ana Marić and Muhamed Mujakić – substantive discussions were held at the meeting on the improvement of their cooperation, exchange of professional experience and harmonization of positions on current issues in the energy field.
Special emphasis was placed on the importance of the coordinated action of regulatory and operational bodies in the function of strengthening the reliability, efficiency and sustainability of the power system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Considering the increasing challenges related to energy transition processes, the integration of renewable energy sources and harmonization with European energy standards, such meetings have a specific significance for planning joint activities and establishing a stable regulatory framework.
The visit took place in an extremely constructive atmosphere, with mutual readiness for further development of cooperation, with the aim of continuous improvement of the electric power sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the principles of transparency, security and sustainable development.
