Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina conducted a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a notice for “Procurement of the maintenance services for the softwares to daily schedules creating, to cross-border transmission capacity auctions, to balance services procuring and to contracted exchanges registration”, for which the Decision on the selection of the most favourable bidder was adopted.
