Decision on the selection of the best bidder in Ancillary/Balancing Services Procurement for frequency maintenance, automated and manual frequency restoration (FCR, aFRR and mFRR) for the year 2027
Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina conducted an open public procurement procedure for “Ancillary/Balancing Services Procurement for frequency maintenance, automated and manual frequency restoration (FCR, aFRR and mFRR) for the year 2027”, for which the Decision on the selection of the most favourable bidder was adopted for the following lots:
Lot 1: Procurement of automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve (aFRR);
Lot 2: Procurements under point 6 of this TD – Procurement of manual Frequency Restoration Reserve – upward regulation (mFRR upward);
Lot 3: Procurement of manual Frequency Restoration Reserve – downward regulation (mFRR downward);
Lot 4: Procurement of Frequency Containment Reserve (FCR)
