Based on Articles 13 and 33 of the Law Establishing an Independent System Operator for the Transmission System in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 35/04), Article 35 of the Statute of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina, General Director of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted the Rules of Procedure for the Commission auditing compliance of test results of the new generation facilities on the 4th August, 2015, as well as the procedures that precede the work of the Commission.
